People, particularly non-Muslims have said much about the status of women in Islam.

- Unequal access to education!
- Being forced to wear hijab!
- Being formed to marry!
These are some of the topical issues surrounding women in Islam. This film tries to clarify some of these issues.
Al-hamdulillah, the DVD is being played and used to clear the mist and misconceptions regarding the status of women in Islam (Amayi M'chisilamu) in all the Islamic Information Bureaus (IIB)throughout Malawi.
The DVD is being given out to the public at a subsidised price. As such, we are asking you to
contribute whatever money and/or materials that you can and encourage
others to do so as well. This is going to help us reach out to as many people as possible.
